I know what it takes to grow a business because I've done it myself. In 2011, I founded Kate Bakes, a vegan, gluten-free snack bar company I built from two recipes into two full product lines distributed across 50+ retailers from Boston to Miami. I handled everything: brand development, retail account acquisition, marketing strategy, and sales. I didn't just learn the playbook; I wrote it, tested it, and scaled it.

Since then, I've taken that same operator mindset into consulting. Over the past 15 years, I've worked across food & CPG, technology, and professional services, helping companies sharpen their positioning, build out their marketing infrastructure, grow their customer base, and drive revenue. I've worked as an embedded partner to marketing teams, a strategic advisor to founders, and a hands-on executor for companies that needed both thinking and doing.

Most consultants hand you a strategy deck and disappear. I stay in it. I'm most valuable to companies that want someone who can think at the 30,000-foot level and then roll up their sleeves and execute. My background spans brand building, content strategy, copywriting, social media, community development, and sales, which means I bring a full-funnel perspective to every engagement.
